Michigan farmer goes to court and wins the right to display TRUCK-SIZED anti-Obama signs on his property
The decision was more about the size of political signs than their messages, but a Michigan farmer has won the right to display gigantic anti-Obama signs on his property where drivers can see them.
The American Civil Liberties Union, not usually an enemy of the Obama administration, weighed in on the side of Vern Verduin, who parked tractor trailers on his cattle farm and covered them with huge political signs.
The signs on his Gaines Township property read ‘Obama’s Mission Accomplished: 8% unemployment. 16 trillion debt.’ and ‘Marxism/Socialism (equals) Poverty & Hunger.’
